I have found that yoga and meditation settle me at the most challenging moments. As well, yoga and meditation are also a gift that you can give to yourself. If you decide to make them a habit, it is a gift that keeps on giving as the benefits of yoga and meditation will help to calm you, lower your blood pressure and provide you with peace of mind. Ask yourself, what you are currently doing for yourself that is helping to maintain your health and happiness? Do you have inner peace?
I have designed four videos in my meditation series to help you to begin your relaxation journey. The August edition of Just Saying featured the introduction to meditation as well as the first video in this series. To begin and to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I would like to encourage you to continue to review the first two videos in this four part series. As well, try to make them a part of your daily/weekly routine.
The September edition of Just Saying features the third video in this meditation series, and it is known as part two in the meditation series. I want to continue to encourage you to do something for yourself every day so that you find inner peace. You are worth it! Yoga and meditation have helped me to stay well and to feel good for years.
