Reflections on Faith

Quiet Reflections with Jill

“Without faith it is impossible to please Him….” Hebrews 11:6

Faith is an action word. It has feet. It goes to work. It moves us always in love. It is always motivated by a loving heart. This passion is what drives us forward.

It’s opposite counterpart is fear. Fear freezes. Stagnant and empty. Fear is ugly in nature and has a foul odour.

Faith is fresh, alive and always green. Faith is like a field of wild flowers springing up. Each in its own place, uniquely positioned, arrayed in exquisite beauty and splendor. Each with its own fragrant smells and rhythmic tones, releasing its beauty into the atmosphere. All reflecting a quality of its Creator.
